Default The Last Roll of Kodachrome

Just read this little article from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch website. The end of another era. Kind of makes me feel sorry for all the newer photogs that will never get the chance to shoot Kodachrome. Theres something about the sound of a "real" SLRsnapping a shoot or the sound of a old Nikon power winder whiring actually winding film. I don't have any more Kodachrome, but hey, I got Velvia.

Cool Post -- I was talking with a photog friend last week about the project Steve McCurry of "Afghan Girl" fame undertook when Kodak gave him the "last" roll of Kodachrome to shoot. What did he decide to shoot with his final 36/37 exposures of Kodachrome? I have reposted th e details on my blog - BLUE LION BLOG

Enjoy & Thanks for bringing up this topic!
