Default Looking for suggestions for Event Photography

I will be shooting a charity luncheon soon, they want to give the people an opportunity to get a copy of their photograph(s). Does anyone have a quick and inexpensive way to keeping the subject name and image number in sync?

I know at sporting events they will come around take your photo and give you a card with number to view and purchase a photo online.

Jim's right. Take the photo(s) and track the name of the individual with the image numbers on a notepad. I use this method when taking individuals for the football team; however, I have the order form to annotate the image number(s).

Sometimes when I have a studio setup while shooting at events, I use a laptop with Microsoft Excel to keep track of things as well.
