Default Facebook Fan Page - It can be a pain

Hi,
I wanted to setup a facebook fan page.. so what I do? Go to Facebook and sign up.. surpriseeeeeeeee!!!!!!!! I can't have my photography name the way I want it because the stupid dumb guidelines are trying to prevent spam pages by restricting too much capitalization? Good enough.. but where in the world do you see too much capitalization in "db Fotografy". The only way I can get the page is if I name it "Db Fotografy". Dumb huh?

I emailed their help desk to re-evaluate.. I got a reply with a link to the same old guidelines page. I know and I read it.. but can you use some common sense here and look at my website, my signature on this forum, and my flickr page that my customers recognize me as "db Fotografy" and not "Db Fotografy"? Grrrrrrrrrrrr

Even "Welcome to db Fotografy" as page name doesn't work..

Has anyone else had this problem of capitalization and found a way around it?

Thanks in advance.

On a serious note, branding is very important.

If you're capilization (or lack thereof) is so imporatant to you, then why does the very first sentence of your About Me section of your website say "dB Fotography" ???

Yes, which is why it irritates me.

Good Catch!! It is corrected. dB Fotografy was before I re-branded my photography business before I launched. I did proof read but surely missed a few. Thanks for pointing it out..

For now I guess I will go with Fan Page name of "Dharmesh At db Fotografy" Hope that will be easy to find once the page is popular.
