Default A lesson in pet care

Estimated time of death: Sometime between Saturday and now.
Cause of death: Unknown. Probable fall from second floor balcony.
Whereabouts of body: Unknown. Presumed eaten by lesbian cats

So gerbil escaped.

Balcony door open.

Unable to locate live or dead gerbil in flat.

Poor thing. Went splat.

Or the other one pushed it.

RIP Max!

I think you take too lightly the suffering of a furry friend.

I kind of felt the same way, but people deal with things in different ways, so I will leave it at that.

My condolences. When my wife and I had an apartment we had 2 gerbils: Walker, and Texas Ranger. TR got out one day and chewed a hole in the wall. Took us 3 days to catch him.

Friendly suggestion: Get a rat. They're a lot smarter than gerbils and tend to bond with their owner rather quickly.
