Depends, I'd recommend joining a group for your camera, a group around where you live, and then groups on particular subjects you're interested in (whether or not you take those kind of pictures at the moment). If you're after critique, you might just search for critique groups, then click through to some of the images in the pool and see if they offer what you're after. I find I get comments / feedback from all of those groups.

I agree with Nicole. You've got 4 groups for your lenses alone. Also, city where you live. State, type of job you're in, And don't forget the DPS forum.

I'd like to add that the Strobist group is pretty damn cool. There are a few obnoxious snobs (as there is with any photography group), but overall the discussions are pretty good and they cover a wide range of subjects.

The photos are impressive too, and very inspiring.

Also, agree with the above about local Flickr groups. We've met a few times as a group, and it's always fun to meet the locals.

There are flickr groups for EVERYTHING! Look for photography styles you like.B+W? High Key? Lomo? I like checking with our DPS assignments. Whatever the assignment is, I'll check for a flickr group.
