3, 4, 8, 9, 10 ...OK.. may as well just list all of them.. but these are the ones that bug me the most.

Can I just check that you've checked what the copyright information on the newsletter is? If you can find the same list from multiple sources on the net pre-dating the newsletter (which shows they copied it from somewhere else) or if they give permission to pass it on, that is great; if not, then I suspect the quote should be more selective.

Links are great (I see "© 2005 - 2010 PhotoShelter™ Inc. All Rights Reserved." at the bottom of the page, suggesting that care needs to be taken with quoting to stay within fair use).
