I keep my point-and-shoot in my purse at all times, and I stick it in my pocket when I don't take my bag somewhere.

My SLR, though, I keep in a shoulder bag with its lenses.

I always have my 30D with me, or, if that's not an option, my ixus 960is... I have a few camera bags - i'm a bit of a bag hoarder...

I have just picked up a Lowepro CompuTrekker AW as my main camera bag, it was between the lowepro and another crumpler... [I have a few] The crumpler lost, you can read the review here -> http://digital-photography-school.co...ckpack-review/

My camera rides shotgun with me in the car - that way I am always ready to shoot

I have the Lowepro CompuTrekker AW too and all loaded up with tripod it weighs in a 22lbs. Needless to say, I only carry it around when needed. I have a 3.2MP Sony Cybershot built into my Sony Ericsson phone that takes a decent pic if I realy need one and the XTi is not with me. Right now being winter time I'm not out taking pictures much but that changes during the warmer months.

I've got a camera bag for my Canon S5 IS if I know I'll be taking pictures, but if I'm just planning on going somewhere and I'm thinking "who knows" or I might be in a place where the bigger camera might get hurt, I stick my smaller Canon in my purse.

For size, nothing beats the LowePro Slingshot AW100. It's big enough to fit my K10D and three lenses (one large 70-210mm and two smaller lenses) - one on camera and two in the partitions. It can also haul my big 'ol flash in a pinch. It's a great sling style bag and not very noticeable when behind my back. I also like the way I can easily swing it to be on my lap when I'm on the bus or in a crowded area where I feel the extra protection is warranted.

I also like to keep a small P+S in my day to day laptop bag, but the DSLR is far more fun.

At the moment for me its just my green shoulder bag which is big enough but no real divded sections, so my camera is quite loose. However......

I generally keep my 30D in a backpack, well protected of course. When I'm out and about sometimes I just keep the neckstrap wrapped around my wrist and keep one hand dedicated to holding the camera.

My bright red crumpler filled with a 30d and a couple of lenses/flash goes everywhere with me... and I pretty much mean everywhere.

No one really questions it or minds. Occasionally people ask what it is, and when I show them they just go - 'oh, of course' :-)
