Default A Girl, a Photograph, a Homecoming

"Photographer Rick Smolan tells the unforgettable story of a young Amerasian girl, a fateful photograph, and an adoption saga with a twist."

It's a video I found on YouTube one day when I was bored. Truly unforgettable story. I don't know how to post YouTube videos on this forum but here's the link to watch it.

Sweet story, but it all feels a little like Madonna in Malawi for me.

Where is the GI father in all of this? Did the mother not take note of name, rank & serial number?
