Heh well done, that was a good point for the USA, what a shite game though! Even worse, I was watching it as the only Englishman with 3 Germans

Yup we were bobbins!!

I never understand why a team with wingers always cuts inside time after time tries to got in between the full back only to find 2 centre halves and a defensive midfield player, what happened to wingers running down the line and actualy crossing using width to stretch the back 4 or send a pass in between the full back and centre half then one has to decide whos going to get it.

And I dont get why the USA didnt just completley bomb the right hand side when milner was carded and throw every ball down that side with a guy with some pace running at milner he cant tackle hes on a card one mistake and hes off, or your through on goal.... exactly the same with Nigeria and Argentinia. ... ... my rant is over at the crappy coaching of some teams lol

A bit gutted, but it's not the end. Unlucky mistake from Green really, USA's goal was certainly not due to their overall performance. As Teaking said, if they had the skills they could have really exploited us in some areas.

Saying that though I think we still should've sailed it, but as usual we had problems finishing. Other than that and that unfotunate goal error I think we played well. We'll go top of the group for sure.

Don't really know a damn thing about soccer, but it's the only sport that hard as hell to get the ball in the frame and in focus.....especially with those headers. Anyways..good luck to all who's teams are in competition. Yea....we really have some dumber than dirt football (AFC-NFL) head coaches too.
