I don't know that there is a way to see a list of all who have visited your post. The system will show you how many have visited and, of course, those who leave a message will be recorded, but I don't know that you can see a list of those who have seen your posting and failed to leave a comment.
Ocassionally you will see someone get angry because "172 people have looked at my posting but no one has responded." There are a lot of reasons why this may happen, but the most common one is that your posting simply failed to evoke a response. How can you keep that from happening? I have a few suggestions:
1) Respond to as many other people's postings as possible. Most are happy to return the favor.
2) Be kind. No one expects you to sugar coat everything; honesty tempered with kindness is the most helpful and most appreciated.
3) Make a lot of friends. You will notice that some people will get tons of responses every time they post. Why? Because they have built a network of regular friends and they always watch out for each other. Break into one of these networks and you've got it made. How do you do that? Keep reading.
4) Don't be a dork. Just be honest about who you are and why you are here. No one wants to listen to someone who acts like they know more than they really do. More than one pro has been humbled here for speaking out of turn: I know, I'm one of them.
5) Be confident when you have expertise in a particular area, but silent when you don't. Few things are more painful in these forums than having your pet theory shot down by someone who really knows what they are talking about. Oh, and don't ever start a post with, "I'm not an expert but..." You are always welcome to express your opinion regardless of your experience, but if don't know, shut up. While your at it, you can also leave out expressions like IMO, IMHO, etc. Unless you work directly for the Queen of England we are always going to assume the opinion you are expressing is your own.
6) Don't make ridiculous statements just to stir controversy. It's not funny or original and only serves to reveal immaturity... yours!
7) Ask for help if you need it. As a matter of fact, posts where people ask for help usually get more responses than others. Most of the people here genuinely want to help where they can.
8) Think about what you are posting. Images with strong emotional content get the most response. I know that is a tall order, but that's what you need to be shooting for.
9) Respect other peoples images. Most of the people here are happy to allow you to make changes and repost them, but not all. When in doubt, ask permission.
10) Whenever possible, be brief...
