Greeting,
I have no idea where to post this, so here goes... I have a client that I designed a header for his website ( i'm a web developer by trade) I just used a not so great image of mine, with some text...well he loves it s o much he want to use it for a banner for tradeshows and other things. Bottom line is he was a release of sorts so I can't come back at him later.. as far as I'm concerned he can have it and do as he wishes with it...so my question is .....does anybody have a simple generic release or copyright transfer document, that i could "borrow" that we can sign and put this issue behind us...he's ready to go to his attorney to have something drawn up, which in turn I won't understand and will need to get my attorney to read it over, yada, yada, yada.....and help mucho appreciated! Bob
