Default HDR Debate.

Opened up a poll on my website if any of you are interested in talking about it or voting whether you like HDR or not.

I like HDR, high dynamic range, and wish my dSLR's sensor had more range than it does and I wish my monitor could display a 32bit HDR. However, I hate terribly tone-mapped images that claim to be HDR. It seems your site and question reflects my opinion. I'm not sure why you would make a poll and then claim which side it right just below the question. Read up on bias questioning.

I don't claim which side is right. I just gave a description of what it is, and what it's really meant to be used for.

Arent the rules of any genre meant to be broken? HDR will evolve as the technique & software improve..and it becomes more excepted as a technique and not a fringe process..

I didn't know there were rules? I must have broken all of them.

And therein lies your bias. You describe what you think its really meant for. Other people choose to use it in a different way. Then you berate the forms of use other than what you think it should be. And you have a nice poll to ask which form they like. What do you think people will choose?
