My guess would be that the zoombrowser program you're using does not support that camera.
Check the the software's website and see if there is an update. If there's not then you may just have to a different method to transfer the images. edit: like CheaperKings you could use a card reader (but of course not everyone has a card reader on their computer). Or I suppose you could just pull them off manually.

You can't just pull the SD card out of the camera and stick it in the computer? That's what I do...

You can get a USB card reader for a pretty trivial cost. I think I paid $5 for mine.

Card readedr are the best and quickest method of downloading images to the computer. Not with those those cables and software supplied that comes with the cameras. Using those is slooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwww process.
