Default Question regarding Photoshop Educational License

So I have Photoshop under Educational License. I'm taking senior portraits for people but I'm not taking any money and it's not a business.

Is it legal to use my educational licensed photoshop to process those photos if I'm doing free works (not for business, just to build my portfolios and have fun)?

Thank you so much!

Should be. I've read most of the ToS and stuff and I don't think it states you have to use it strictly for classes. If you have proved to Adobe that you are a student, that's about all there is to it, right?

The adobe licensing, at least last time i checked, involved a "not for commercial purposes" clause, but there's little way of enforcing it.
