New and improved website

Hello all. I just did a major overhaul on my website, so I thought I'd share. I'll be steadily uploading my pictures over the next few days, so check back! Link is in my sig.

Whoa. First impression - needs some more work. You definitely want to reduce the size of your images, that's going to eat up a lot of your bandwidth if you keep them that size. Your initial landing page, that banner image especially, I peeped the specs on that and it's a 6460x1776 image at over a meg in size. Hit me up over PM and we can discuss further if you wish.

It looks alright. I think that the links that lead to empty galleries should be taken off of there. I would title each photo instead of using ths DSC ####.jpg. Some of the photos look a lot alike too, almost like they were taken seconds apart but at a different angle.Curiously what are you trying to accomplish with the website?

At the moment it's mosty just a photo blog. I know there's at least one album where I clicked "select all" by mistake and uploaded something like 105 pictures. I plan on going through and cleaning it up a bit, I just wanted some first impressions while it was still a work in progress.

I already heavily reduced the size of most of the images, and I'll take a look at the banner. I'm not terribly concerned with bandwidth because I'm (supposedly) getting unlimited bandwidth and storage space with my hosting company. The banner is a concern though, I could see that taking a bit of time to load on some computers. It was pretty late when I finally hit publish last night...
