Portrait training / workshops i Scotland?

Gosh I never seem to properly get on here, so apologies for appearing from nowhere with a question!

I am really keen to do some portrait phorography training or a workshop with (preferably) a Scottish based photographer (as thats where I live, in the back of beyond ) - have found a few people who offer photoshop or landscape workshops, but nobody offering portrait courses.

Otherwise if anyone can recommend anyone really good in London that might be an option (if this dratted volcano stops messing up flights )?

I think my Dad went down to Durham or some place for his portrait course(s). Never looked into any photography courses myself but if I hear of any up north I'll get back to you.
