According to Adobe, PCWorld, Photographyreview.com there is.

I don't use PS, but here's one review that includes bridge.

when i installed cs4, it also installed Bridge as well as "Adobe Device Central CS4" & "Adobe Drive CS4". Only bridge and photshop created icons on the desktop. Bridge was located at c:\program file\adobe\adobe bridge cs4

hope that is useful.

Try e-mailing their support. That's really odd.

I believe this is referring to the "Adobe Bridge Home Service".

Adobe Bridge Home Service used to give tips and resources for using Bridge. If Bridge Home is selected as your starting folder in "Favorites" (as opposed to "My Pictures" or another location) you'd see this on start up.
