Melbourne photographers - would you be interested in this studio?

Hi, I'm a long time reader of DPS but this is my first post!

I'd like to gauge your interest in what I think is a fantastic location for children's/family portrait photography in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne: a large room with an abundance of natural light, enough room for studio lights and your own backgrounds, plus a large variety of props suitable for toddlers onwards. There is also a secure, fenced playground in a natural garden setting with lots of shade - great for candid shots. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are available.

Yes, it's a kindergarten! We are still in negotiations with the local council, but would like to get an idea now of how many people might be interested in hiring this facility for their photography work. We can offer sessions every weekday afternoon and on weekends; evening sessions can also be arranged. The charge is $45 for each 3 hour session, but this is subject to change.
