Default ...don't have permission to open attachment???

Why am I getting this message when I try to open an attachment??? I am logged in. Anyone else experiencing this...or just me??

What was causing it? Just out of interest.

I had just set up a DPS account for my wife (fotokids) and in doing so it now required that we sign on each time with our own individual sign on and password. Originally, I being the only one signing on had always kept a box checked that said "keep me signed on." With her now going on, I felt I had to uncheck that box from my account...only to run into the problem I was having. Now that I re-checked the box all is normal once again.

where is there a box to check to stay signed on....I seem to get logged off every 10 minutes....very irritating

Patrick, it's the "Remember Me" box that needs to be checked when you first sign in. I always had that checked in the past, but as I set up my wife's account on the computer, I thought it made sense for me to uncheck that box...well, it was that that created the problem for me. So, try this..log out, then log back in again, and check the Remember Me box and see if that helps with your problem
