Default EXIF data on photo's

Please be gentle with me,i'm Irish. I cannot seem to find EXIFdata on the photos on these forums.How do you find these.I right click on photos,look at properties but it does not give me the info,or am i doing something wrong............Cheers............

Do you have an EXIF reader plug-in?

Some people delete the EXIF data when saving for web.

Depends on your browser, but Google is your friend. Just google Exif reader + [your browser]

I found an EXIF reader you can download for free here. It will give you loads of information on your image, far more than could possibly be of any use. All we want to see here are basic exposure values, aperture and shutter speed, focal length, ISO, exposure bias (if applied), camera and lens used.
I happen to be of the opinion that even this information is of limited value, but I will admit that there are the rare occasions when a newbie can be helped by showing them a setting or two that was in error. The important thing is that you understand the settings on your camera and what each will do for you.
