I use an 8.5x11" and a 11x17" "artfolio" style album with my images in it. For the smaller one, images are 6x9" with a black border, for the 11x17 they're 8x12" with a black border.

Depends on what and how much you want to pay. Here's a few places.
Lost Luggage
photo albums - Google Search
Archival Supplies | Storage Boxes | Albums

I would use press printed albums or flush mount albums. Then again, after a while you don't really need a port, so don't spend thousands on one.

All you need is a nice ring binder (I use a slightly padded one), black card stock, white card stock, clear document protector sleeves w/holes for rings and photos. I have found that two 4x6s per page or one 8x10 works best.

Cut white card stock slightly bigger than 8x10.
Center and glue to black card stock.
Glue 8x10 photo to card stock.
Slip into protective sleeve.
Snap protective sleeve into ring binder.

For 4x6 photos cut two pieces of white card stock slightly bigger than photo.

This is a MUCH cheaper alternative, although I do like the look of the leather one better.
