Hey all, I was just wondering... Do any of you ever shoot in sRAW versus full RAW? If so when, why, how often? If not, why not?
I personally find that the speed difference is negligible between the three settings that I have, and the quality is just as good, only smaller. I still shoot full RAW for portraits, macros, and exceptionally important shots but the smaller sizes for normal web shots and small prints tends to be much more manageable. Sorry if this has been addressed before and I missed it. Also, I've read a ton of criticism on CF converters, so I had to get one to try it out myself... using the converter and a 32g HCSD Optima, I don't see the speed loss that everyone talks about... Anyone else have any experiences with them? Just one of those things that make you go hmmmm... |

Previously, I never shot sRAW because Aperture couldn't read the files.
Now I have the option with Aperture3, I still shoot full RAW all the time, whether I'm shooting for business or pleasure. Why?

Dont have sRAW, dont see the point. I;ve never run into an occasion where I've needed more memory.
