Help please!

[New to photography]

Just a couple of questions:

[1] I have asked a couple of times on different posts how you put the blue frame around pictures [like the photos in the game section] - please can someone explain this to me in simple words - I'm a simple person!

[2] How do you put pictures on here from flikcr - I really don't get this at all. I have been posting pictures using photobucket and copying the IMG code over - I searched all over flickr [I don't have a pro account] and I can't find any codes to just copy over one picture - just something that allows me to post a link up to my photostream.

I know these questions aren't very exciting, but if someone could please take the time to explain it to me I would be very grateful, thank you.

What program are you using to retouch your photos?

If you take the time to read the FAQ section there are very clear detailed instructions on how to post an image from Flickr to here.

If you are referring to the hyperlink that surrounds the entire giving the appearance of a frame, that is done once you create your link to your photo. Follow this, Digital Photography School - Photography Forums - FAQ: Posting Images, for flickr.

Thanks both of you. I have only been retouching pictures in photobucket - I'm new to all this, and not v good with computers either.

Thanks Lori for that link - this is exactly what I wanted - that was really helpful - I didn't even see the FAQ bit or even think about looking there - I'm totally hopeless! Thanks again.
