Damn Llamas

Those of you on dA may have recently noticed the introduction of Llama badges.

Why!?!

People are actually creating accounts specifically to give away Llamas to random people. It's just pointless! Sure it was a nice little novelty at first but what do we have now? A further move from art community to mindless social networking site. As if the thousands of teenage emo girls posting out of focus pictures of themselves preening in the bathroom mirror wasn't already enough.

I rolled my eyes at the entire April Fools thing they had going. I just ignore it.

Frankly, the attitude of most users on dA drives me insane. Holier-than-thou doesn't quite cut it.
