Default Will I need a model release from Prince Phil?

I was having a sort out the other day and came across an old, framed, signed photo of my Dad (while he was in the Army) and Prince Philip. Question is I want to put on the internet. What are the implications?

I could write to her Her Majesty: Oi Ma'am gimme your permission to put Phil on the net

Seriously, what would you do? It's a great photo.

ps I also have an accompanying letter written from the Royal Yacht Brittania.

Didn't think you needed permission to post a photo of a public figure, as long as you are not using it to make money.

He looks like he's been out on the razz and about to throw up lol! Prince Harry is my fav. He's more "normal" and much more "a lad" not like his whiter than white older bro Wills.

Not at all - remember, if it's not commercial usage, most of the time it's fine.
