Orlando & Miami, FLA - photo ops?

well... me & my GF have decided to do one last big holiday before we save for a house...
so we looked around europe, africa & bits of asia before deciding on florida

we're both into animal photography, so have come up with quite a few places we want to visit... but thought if some FL residents have some hidden gems :-)
