Default Visual Humor

It doesn't happen very often but every once in a while I get a chance to shoot something of a humorous nature. It's been a long time, which is why I don't have anything to show you now, but I would like to bring the subject up because I have found a couple of sites recently that have some wonderful examples.
I have mentioned Elliot Erwitt before. He is the grand master of humorous photography and everyone who can should run find a copy of his book 'Son of Bitch' which is about people and their dogs. Many of the images are laugh-out-loud funny.
Two other sites have shown up just recently with some great examples of photo-humor. The first is a collection of images from France. A little working knowledge of the French language would be helpful for a handful of images but the majority will require no more than your eyes and an able wit. The second appears to be Russian and while the French site targets life in general, the Russian site most definitely pokes fun at our own kind: photographers. So, if you would like a chuckle and don't mind laughing at yourself a little, check these sites out; they are worth the effort.

(Please forgive me if the site is not Russian. Some of the letters look Cyrillic and some look Greek; once you get past the Romance languages my knowledge drops off precipitously.)

Those images from France were excellent there were a lot of great images using juxtaposition for humor. Very creative thanks for sharing.
