"Puns for those whom speak English well."

Actually, "whom" is misused in this instance as it is not the object of the verb. It is not subjunctive, nor is it accusative case.

The test is to switch in "he/him" and see which one makes sense.

"He speak[s] English well" sounds better than "Him speak[s] English well," so in this case "Who is the correct usage.

I thought "whom/whomever" would be used as the object of the preposition "for"? Is that not correct?
