Default Sharing My New Photography Resource Website!

Hey everyone,

I don't really post here that often, I mostly just read the boards. Anyway, for one of my classes (web design), I had to make a portal website on a topic of my choice. Naturally I chose photography!

I've been working constantly to get it done, and finally finished it last night (after working for 17 hours straight -- not kidding, 1PM to 5:30AM)! I wanted to share it with you guys because it's a great page for accessing a lot of useful photography links on any number of topics. I even used a lot of DPS pages.

If you want to check it out, here it is: mattsoave.com/cogs187a/photography Any feedback is very much appreciated!!

Wow! I'm very impressed. I just took a quick tour around your site. Visually, I find it appealing and it seems very user friendly. I plan on looking closer tomorrow, but I definately give it a thumbs up. Thanks!

Really great site you've created. It's very quick to load and the navigation is really user friendly. I also like the fact that rather than list some sites, you've included a short description. I bookmarked it within a minute of seeing it.

Top notch.

Useful info in a well-laid out format.

congrats, nice site

I build websites, and i know it tkes a long time to build one site. the longest i spent NON-STOP building a website was 57 hours straight. the longest i built took over 2 months to complete. people think you can build a website in a few minutes, in some cases you can, but most of the time its very time consuming. but well worth the time and effort

what hosting do you use?

Hey guys! Thanks for all the nice comments! They're very appreciated, especially after how much work I had to put into it to get it done on time (that's what happens in group projects when your groupmates are slackers and don't do anything)!

freybear3, I just use GoDaddy. I don't know very much about hosting companies, so I went with the one I've heard of a lot. It's been pretty nice so far.
