What got my attention was the DOF. The whole bug was in focus. That is incredible at that magnification.

Did you see the wasp's head, its got what looks like hands by its mouth. I have to fumigate the pick up, my foxy rides around with me. Not really hes clean, dog clean and thats clean enough for me. Thanks Douglas for shareing

Thing you have to remember is its not optical. The "light" is a beam of electrons bounced back. I doubt it even uses a lens in the sense that we are used to talking about.
