One of my photo's is in a magazine.

So I'm claiming, however spuriously, that I'm a published photographer

My wife entered a picture of mine, unknown to me, for a competition that a mag was running. I took it last year on an old 5mp p&s camera of my daughter fishing during the sunset on a beach on Mauritius. It was a runner up. Now I can annoy my friends with "yes, well being a published photographer......"

Congrats! My wife entered a picture I'd taken of a monitor lizard into a contest once. He ended up being Mr. August in a wall calendar.

Thanks Jim, pretty sure that this is the only way I'll ever get published I have a couple of friends who are very good amateur photographers and as I've only just started it'll be fun just to wind them up a bit.
