Default Online Photography Schools

I would like to enroll in a photography school/course online to improve my skills. I see DPS has given 4 stars to Proud Photography and has also recommended the New York Institute of Photography.

What course do you feel would give me the best training with an emphasis on lighting techniques?

Great question!

Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you, but I would like to hear the answer too.

Anyone got some experience with online photography courses?

I along with multitudes more, have learned mass quantities right here at the Digital Photography School.

We don't need a piece of paper telling us were photographers, plus the tuition is unbeatable.

Very true!!!

However, some people, myself included, need a little more instruction and special attention! Also, the online instruction format would have to be at least a little more detailed and pointed than simply searching the forums and reading the articles. Don't get me wrong, DPS is GREAT, but there is something to be said for formal instruction.
