forgetting to bring the top of their tripod? Is it only me?

I so rarely use my tripod that whenever i do need to bring it, i remember because it's so unusual.

I've done it! That's why I have 2. One tucked away in my bag where it will finally occur to me after I panic!!

Back when I used a tripod every day I had about four of them. One in each vehicle, and one in each of my two camera rooms. Never had a problem aftre that!!!

If by top you mean the quick release plate, then yes! I'd buy an extra one or two, but I can't seem to find any cheap ones that would make it worth it.

Yeah I mean the quick release plate. I actually threw my last tripod out after losing that. I never knew you could get spairs.

glad to know it isn't just me then.

Am I the only one who leaves the QR plate on the camera?

I have four, one for each body and one permanently on my 70-200.

My tripod comes in a handsome carrying case where all accessories fit in nicely and nothing is forgotten.
