Default Looking for a decent power/cyber shot

My aunt is going to be going to India next month and she asked me to look for a decent powershot or cybershot camera for her. Same thing right? Anyway she doesn't want to spend much on it. Maybe, at the most around $150 or $200. Any recommendations?

No, they are not the same. Canon has the Powershot series and Sony has the Cybershot series.

I would recommend the Canon SD1300 IS. It's a decent camera and retails for $200. I'm sure you can get one for less, though. Check Canon's website for specs. Cheers !

Oh okay. Thank you for clearing that out because I always thought they meant the same thing.
I'll look into that camera and yeah I'm pretty sure I can find a way to get less for the retail price looking online
