Default Yeesh!!

I have to emulate sk66 here.

Just got back from the tax lady and we itemized my photo "junk"....

Good lord I under estimated how much I've spent.

The wife was less than pleased, mostly because she didn't know about half of it

My crystal ball sees a Camaro sitting in the yard with a For Sale sign on it!

it can be scary. I have been around a long time, and when I look back at al the "pastimes" and how much they cost, OOOOPH. However I enjoyed them all, and I like to think they kept me sane whilst I was working!!!!

You got that right douglas. The money I put into my photo gear is scarry enough, but about a year and a half ago I started to make my own frames and cut my own mattes. That meant two areas in the basement that I took over, plus all the new wood working equipment!! and matt cutting tools. The wife has been really good about it all. It sure keeps me busy and brings in a dollar or two now and then. What more can an old broken down, retired, truck driver ask for? Chris

My gear insurance also doubled after the new inventory!
My wife knows about all of my gear, but she doesn't know how much it all cost....I think....
or she didn't.... She read the new insurance rider which had every piece of gear listed with it's value and she didn't say a word about it. Man I'm LUCKY!

I spent more on my camera gear then I spent on my Van. In my defense the van was a used.
