Default Please solve this problum...
Hai,
I am Lalu living in United Arab Emirates.Sir I have a digital camera Fuji Finepix s9600.
I am taking pictures in sharp, but sir I am converting the same picture in a small size (3.5cmx4.5cm its a passport size photo)
the picture is looking like a out of focus picture.Please sir give me a soluction to solve this problum.(I am always using two D-300
soft box flash and shutter 320,11aperture ISO 200).Sir please give me a proper camera settings.

Irrelevant. User has a 1/320 shutterspeed. Even on a super telephoto that should work. It sounds like a software/downsampling issue.
