Does anyone have a link to a vintage tutorial for GIMP or Photoshop Elements 5.0?

Gimp.org/tutorials has this one on Sepia Toning..

open image in elements
if in color,go to enhance,adjust color,remove colo rand skip to step 4
if gray scale go to image , mode , grb color
go to enhance, adjust color,color variations
move the adjust color intensity slider down 1 notch less than the middle
click on decrease blue once
click the increase red once
click ok

Thanks Shamrock. Followed your instructions and then played with the decrease blue and increase red until I got the look that I was hoping for. Thanks again.
