Default Optical Democracy
Has anyone heard of Optical Democracy? I have googled this term and have come up blank. Perhaps someone knows another term that is used to describe this?

Perhaps it is a modernistic literary style to the tune of author Cormac McCarthy.
I'm unsure if it is ever related to optics.

I did some quick googling, and found that this term of "Optical Democracy" is attributed to Cormac McCarthy in his book Blood Meridian.

It speaks of landscapes, but everything I've read leads to some rather vague interpretations. FOr the most part, these are rather pretentious and "artsy"
