Default mentoring anyone?

i just came across the meaning of photography mentoring. it is a good way to explore a shot and get critique about it. is anyone interested in forming a small mentoring group? no need to be a pro, just some basic photography knowledge and an eye for constructive criticism are enough.

You could use one of the social groups to create a section that worked for yourselves

Digital Photography School - Photography Forums - Social Groups

You could use it to say, submit an image and have a group discussion on it - sure, you could do this in Critique, but I think sometimes it's nice to try new things?

If you need help setting it up - let me / one of the mods know.

The group sounds like a good idea, Audrey. You should give it a go!

I've been a member of a local mentoring group for the last 6 months. It has been invaluable. I've learned a lot not only about photography but about my personal eye and style. I wish you luck forming your group. And if you do form such a social group I'd certainly join.
