Problematic. Sony's mount throat is so small that basically, none of the lenses can be placed at the correct distance from the sensor to achieve infinity focus. There are adapters that have glass elements in them that can help you achieve infinity focus, but they act like mini-teleconverters: you lose sharpness, some max. aperture, and gain in your focal length. If the adapter costs <$100, it'll also probably be low-quality glass, which doesn't help.
Not sure this is something you really want to try and do. I think M42 may be the only easily-adaptable manual focus mount to Alpha (it's small enough to fit into the mount hole). Leitax does have kits for Contax/Yashica (Zeiss) and Leica R to Alpha. But this does involve removing the existing lens mount and putting on a new one. It's not for the faint of heart, and will only work for specific lenses. Then again, I'm a Canon shooter and used to adapting lenses for EOS, so maybe I've got it wrong. OM to Canon EOS or Olympus/Panasonic four-thirds, however, is a piece of cake and adapter rings are cheap and plentiful.
