Actually if the address is Paypal verified then that is the verified home address of the buyer and you can also get the buyers phone number from paypal if you and them have a transaction. I also had a "buyer" try to pull the I never received it I want my money back scam thru Paypal but I had UPS delivery confirmation signature and Paypal gave me the money. Honestly who would try to say they never received it AFTER they signed for it LOL
