Nikon D90 and 70-300mm VR

I'm selling my beloved D90 and 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G VR. I've had the D90 for 2 1/2 years and have never had a single problem or complaint. The camera is super clean and without any scratches (The rear LCD has the cover that has never been removed. The cover shows minimal signs of use). The camera includes body, body caps, original box (from a 18-105 kit but sold off the lens), charger, and batteries. I recently moved and lost the manual, however, I do have the manual in PDF form so I'll include a disk with the manual on it.

The 70-300 VR is of the best bang-for-your-buck lenses Nikon sells. The lens is in like new/great condition and is the USA version/NOT gray market. The lens will come with a Hoya 67mm Circular Polarizer, original caps, and original box.
