Default Want to buy an 18-105MM VR lens for Nikon

I just made a trip to New England (14 days). On the second day there I tripped on my tripod and destroyed my 18-105 but my D90 survived. My 50mm and 70-300 were not getting the work done. Bought a used 18-70mm and salvaged my trip. Contact me by email or by calling at 972-639-6600.

If you're looking at image quality, the 18-70 is actually a more capable lens. No VR, but it's faster and better optically.

Agreed.

Why pay so much more for double coverage?

Save your money and buy a flash or another toy.

If you are still looking to buy the 18-105 I have mine for sale. You can see my craigslist ad here:

Nikon 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6 AF-S DX VR ED Nikkor Lens

Its been a long time since your last post, but thought it couldn't hurt to try. I live in Garland so there would be no shipping
