Default How much should I ask for on a Nikon D60?

I just got a new D90, and now want to sell my D60.
Not sure how much I should ask for??
I'm the original owner, and the camera is in mint condition, with low actuations.

I am including the body, with caps, 18-55 af lens, remote, 2 gig memory card, battery, battery charger, and all original boxes.

Any ideas? i don't want to give it away.

Thanks for your help!!

Wendy

I was checking out D60s on eBay last month. I think I tracked 8-10 of them and they were going for $350 to $400 with the 18-55 lens. The D3000 sells new for $500 to $550 depending on where you get it. I would think the price for a used D60 in mint condition would be somewhere in between. The current economy could put an undesireable spin on that.

Depends on where you are selling it. Are wanting to sell here, or locally like on craigslist? Is your 18-55 AF-S lens VR?

Locally I sold my D60 body for $300, but it really depends how your local market is.

yes, I'd prefer to sell it locally. I just don't like the idea of shipping it and then having something happen to it during shipping. Would $300 be for the body only? yes, the 18-55 is VR. It was one of the 2 lenses that came with the camera in the kit.
