Hey All,
I just do not use this 28-300mm anymore. I used it when I was starting out and it was a great lens. It has spent the last two years in my closet and it is time to find it a new home. The lens is in perfect shape, lens covers have always been on it and the front and rear glass are perfect. I have also always had a UV filter or a circular polarizer on the thing the entire time I've had it so this lens is spotless. I used to think the AF was kind of slow but now that I have other lenses to compare it to I no longer think this is the case. Only reason I'm selling it now is that I need a wider lens. I am asking $300 plus shipping which is, from what I can tell a fine price for this lens. I am in CA. and ready to ship anywhere in the lower 48. I will throw in the circular polarizer for free. Oh, and it comes with a hood. Message me through this site if interested and we can start the process. Thanks, Andrew Here is a link to Amazon to see some specifics on the lens: Amazon.com: Tamron AF 28-300mm f/3.5-6.3 XR Di LD Aspherical (IF) Macro Ultra Zoom Lens for Nikon Digital SLR Cameras: Camera & Photo And here is a shot I took with it: Images - The Rock Show - 2.
