I've got to say kspaulson, those signs that the kids are making with their fingers must have a completely different meaning here in the UK.

hmmm...that sounds ominous. I'm not sure I want to know what they mean there!

as an example, think of the peace sign pretty much equating our use of the middle finger or "the bird".. since our use of it is a derivitave of that anyway.

I'm not sure that these awards are necessarily major, but they are awards nonetheless...trophies given out at a classic car show a month ago in Rhinelander, WI.
