i call it man eater.....

bad halloween killer tomato

basically, i just isolated elements of the image to create a background, mouth eating a hand, and head for the killer tomato.....created eyes with a couple of layers of different colored paint splotches......added layer effects to create shadows and little lines in the eyes......added some blood.....and i reckon that's it....
