This was a fun one! A really pretty photo, too.
I thought I would try selective coloring to make the leaf stand out from all the other flowers in the picture.

I turned up the contrast, adjusted the shadows/highlights meter, turned up the sharpness, made it B&W, put the leaf and the edges back in color, then added a little black vignette to the edges.
