Thought I'd start a "What are you eating" game

I'm sure you can figure out how it works... Take a photo of what you're eating (or about to eat).

A bit of a description of the food would be good and you're more than welcome to share the recipe too

I'll start with my take on Spanakopita.



My Wife is wanting us to eat more healthy food, so I used spinach and ricotta (instead of fetta) and added some extra vegies. Served with tomato relish on the side.
