Picnic on the waterfront at La Rochelle in France with my husband and two French friends. Best picnic I have ever had! yummy and fresh just bought direct from the market. Must have looked authentic - we had tourists take a photo of us!

Smile "Fricassee of Lobster" the Guadeloupean way

During my holidays in my home island Guadeloupe (F.W.I.) this is one of the delicious meals I could enjoy : "Lobster in Fricassee served with rice and babana gratin".
I think I'm gonna like this thread!!!
